Creative concept Following the image and the design of this new hotel, we created the same graphic line for the event; the invitations, the mailing, the Photocall, etc.
We amazed the assistants with an original inauguration, we create a mosaic with the graphic image of the hotel making the hosts of the hotel complete the mosaic with the 2 last pieces of it. These two last pieces were their logos "Bouygues Immobiliária" and "Boissée Finances". Challenge
We needed to hit the mark of visitors during the inauguration, finally we had a great power of assembly. Another challenge was to customize the event to the characteristics of the venue; Design, decorations, ambience, etc. Result It was a success and the event counted with a great repercussion. Bacus Eventos organized, produced and executed a high level event showing up the beautiful new hotel in a very comfy and modern inauguration event. All the guests could enjoy and take part of the act, animations and a delicious cocktail lunch up to the height of the hotel standards. |
